You have a nasal bridge hump that is likely made up of bone and cartilage. These can be taken down incrementally so that it can look the way you want from the side with a Rhinoplasty. This change can be done so that your view from the front is essentially the same. The lighting on your nose will be slightly different but it will be better because the light on your nasal bridge down to your nasal tip will be more congruent and similar to indicate that the bridge is one whole structure.

Currently, your tip will display different highlights that will make your bridge look non continuous and consisting of different parts. But this procedure can be done and you will look super!
